Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Coordination
    • Monitor incoming invoices and ensure timely processing.
    • Track payments and communicate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies.
  • Communication
    • Handle email correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Translate documents and communications between English and Serbian when required.
  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for documentation.
    • Assist in preparation of reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
    • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
