Key Responsibilities
- Financial Coordination
- Monitor incoming invoices and ensure timely processing.
- Track payments and communicate with the accounting department to resolve discrepancies.
- Communication
- Handle email correspondence with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Translate documents and communications between English and Serbian when required.
- Administrative Duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documentation.
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations.

- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
